Mostly good. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds.
After driving over 10 hours from South Florida I found this hotel and read some good reviews and looked at the pictures. All were VERY deceiving! Maybe the good reviews came from the few rooms that have been updated but the room we were given was not one of them. If I had thought there was any chance at getting our money back after walking into the room we would have gone down the street to the Super 8. The walls were patches but not painted, there was still trash in the trash bins under clean bags, my dog found weed left by a guest, a cigarette butt under the bed no blanket an just dirty in general. Oh and the tv was so bad you couldn't see the picture.
It's good for your money. The staff is friendly. I took a star away because of some of the issues I had including getting shocked when I plug something in and the door being loose and the bed spread having small tears in it. Great hotel but they need to fix some of these annoying issues.
DO NOT rent a room from these people. I gave them my credit card for them to charge a certain amount for a weekly rate. After we checked out of the room the next day they charged my card another $100 for no reason and without my permission. When asked why they did this at first no explanation was told to call back then got through to a lady that argued with me wouldn't refund my card until I threatened to file fraud charges then said to call back. Then said they would refund half my money then hung up on me and now won't even answer the phone. I tried being nice now my bank is filing fraud charges. BEWARE don't give them your credit card info.
Was very dusty like it hasn't been wiped down in over a month. Fridge was dirty and i didn't check the microwave. Offers coffee and breakfast included in room stay. No remote to TV so couldn't watch anything cuz no channels came in. When checked out and we said something the office said they keep them and give them out if requested due to them being stolen or broken too many times. But the price was good and u get what u pay for. Quiet the 3 days i stayed with no issues.
