Everything was nice. A lot of vending machines and ice machines were out of order. The pool was closed too. But the room was fine, one of our mirrors was broken, one lamps didn't work, smoke detector was ripped from the ceiling. The TV and the TV remote didn't get along very well. This place is great for a short 1 or 2 night stay.
Saw that it had a one star rating and was very hesitant to stay here, but we were very impressed! Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Even gave us dish soap to wash our bottles with! We got here after 3 in the morning and they even let us check out late at 1 so we could get some sleep before we hit the road again. If I was ever in the area again I would definitely be back. Best stay for the price that's for sure!
This a beautiful warm inviting place. Very clean and the decor is stunning. When we opened the door to our room I was shocked to find a decor that just makes you smile. The young man at desk was polite and very nice to book with, understanding and very informative. I will come here again when I am in the area.
Great rooms! Had a bit if an issue with an extra authorization charge but they cleared it up for us pretty quickly. The staff sounded like good people and the location seemed pretty safe. Had a little bit of mold forming on the bottom of the shower curtain but other then that I enjoyed the room and the service.
P.s. the fridge in our room was super annoying at night. Would advice fixing. Constant tapping noises.
To my knowledge it was newly refurbished meaning the rooms were clean and nothing was badly showing age. The mattresses are very firm which can be good or bad preferentially. The rooms don't face the street and are accessible from a hall indoors which is nice. It is comparatively affordable at $70 for a night and offers a small complimentary breakfast consisting of standard breakfast items. It's a solid affordable choice that only sacrifices what's necessary.
