Happy they have microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Bed and pillows are not the most comfortable. They brought extra coffee packets super fast. However, the walls are paper thin and our neighbors started yelling and laughing at 1am and would not shut up. Made for a horribly sleepless night. Tiles in bathroom coming unglued and wobbly. The staff here is quite friendly, quick to bring you what you need. The loud neighbors were gone the second night, thankfully, so we slept better. Staff did not replenish coffee cups so it was good I had kept mine from yesterday and had washed it out. Several outlets do not work. One of the lamps didn't even have a lightbulb.
This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at ! They water wasn’t hot when we arrived! We was also told it would be fixed within the next few minutes. Needless to say we’re hundred dollars out of are money! We got to the room to find a gecko in the bathtub! And we asked for a refund,and the manager refused to give us one . He gave us a free night “ the whole point in this was the fact we had to take a shower ! And the water still wasn’t hot ! The front desk guy had a horrible attitude about it ! Will not be visiting this location again!
Clean rooms. Some rooms have a strong strange smell in the window AC unit; possibly cleaner or something. Breakfast is very good with many options. Computer station is very good. Helped out a lot with last minute need. Staff is nice.
Outside appearance was nice and so was the lobby. Everything smelled good until we opened our room door. It was very unpleasant to the senses. Water in the shower wasn’t draining out properly. It just felt like the room was unsanitary. My sis later complain to the staff but we will never stay there again.
The room was small for a double queen. give a littlw more space for the money your charging. people on vacations already miss home. try to at least make it comfortable for your guest
