All the doors look like they've been kicked in, the Floors were sinking in, bed had a huge dip in the middle. Cable was out for three days lightbulbs were missing out of lamps. The furniture is Falling apart, stove did not work, and they refused to give me toilet paper… management, if you could call them that, refused to give us a discount or comp the room because of all these issues with the room or the reservation mix up or the harassment or noise at night from the police and patrons! Plus it's dirrrrtayyy.
The worse hotel I've been to in awhile. Waited an hour to be check-in. No one showed up, had to find another hotel to stay in. It appeared like people lived there. We called several numbers, no one answered the phone. THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!

Btw police presence in this hotel is constant. I guess in Hattiesburg the police are buddy buddy with this trashy hotel, so they just hung out all day and night talking to employees.
Where do I start I saw doors get kicked in by crack and meth heads that live there. It is a 3 story facility and the elevator is out of service more then in service. Just yesterday a lady from out of with her son to play football her car got broken into.
Customer service was awful. They were nasty after taking a three hour break and after we finally checked in we heard the employees being loud and Obnoxious in the office. Courtesy officer rode around and kicked people out of the rooms at 10:30 at night… Not just one person multiple people in the cold at 10:30 at night. Same courtesy officer came INTO my room while I was asleep at 11 at night just to check up on our reservation... but the guy just walked into the room… Not sure if that's legal but it is very very violating. He claimed he wanted to confirm a reservation, but my husband was not there at the time the reservation number was on his phone. He insisted I give him the reservation number I didn't have at the moment, and said he'd be back to kick me out or the police will be called. Very threatening and bullyish. He was clearly on drugs or alcohol.
The place is nasty... Rude people that work there... They want to charge me $50 for a $4 sheet.. Also wanna charge u for free wifi... Also want to let you know they have bed bugs so if you enjoy scratching all the time go ahead and stay there... Also if you wanna find your dope and drugs great place to stay.. The review makes me put 1 star but i give it a 0... They kick me my pregnant wife and three kids out in the middle off the night in cold weather with no where to go... And would not refund me for the last two nights of my stay
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. The nonsmoking room reeks of cigarettes. There are cracks and bullet holes in the walls. Saw roaches on the chest beneath the tv!!!! Horrible, horrible hotel, smh.
