EVERYBODY GOES THERE
with the friendly manager, and nicely renovated rooms, I would have overlooked a lot, but that was outrageous.
there were dead bugs all over the floor, then when I pulled the covers back on the bed, there were live bugs on the comforter, in the sheets, and under the pillows. there was decently warm water for a shower at night, but in the morning - none whatsoever. the doors werent sealed to the frame, allowing even more bugs to enter the room. the curtains wouldnt close entirely, allowing anyone walking by to a free peak, and one of the AC units didnt work, only blew warm air.
This hotel refused to honor my reservation that I made through my corporations' discount center even though I had a confirmation. They were extrememly rude and were very accusatory as if I had done something wrong by booking my room. They very kindly offered me the same room as what I had reserved for twice the amount. No thank you.
