The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, I am Gold Elite and they charged me for bottled water and there was no separate body soap in the room, nor body lotion. They did offer free wine/beer and dinner which was nice.
Where do I begin!! From the moment I called to book rooms, to the moment we left after our stay, the staff at Residence Inn was FABULOUS!!! We recently stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday on a trip for baseball, along with our entire team. I cannot say enough great things about this place and the staff. Every night we cooked and they allowed us to use the breakfast area to all eat together. With ten rowdy 9 year old boys alone (baseball team) swimming, using the basketball court and I'm sure at times running the halls, they never seemed put out by us. Anything we needed, from towels, extra pillows, ice, change ANYTHING you can think of, they we happy to serve us. I WILL stay here anytime I am in the area again and I know the rest of our team parents feel exactly the same. WE DEF FELT THE LOVE this past week! THANK YOU!
hotel charged my card 3 times over a period of 3 days for much over the amount of the room. when i called to resolve i spoke to a lady that transferred me with out my knowlrdge to a gentleman that was very rude and told me the hotel had not done this and there is nothing he could do. Place is nice but Carlos...not so much.
This hotel was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The employees were very nice and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had several healthy options. I would definitely stay here again.
