Rooms smelled of mold, had to be moved twice, once i found one that i thought could be suitable to sleep for the night i found out that it was all ready occupied by their little homies (ROACHES!!!) Very very bad experience

Customer service was good. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room wasn't particularly 'pretty' not did it smell fresh, but it served it's purpose.
