The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and about medium sized. We had a problem with the heat when we first arrived and they immediately moved us and made note of the problem so that no one else would be placed in the room until it was fixed. We have stayed in about 3 other hotels in this area and this one was the best.
The inn was nice and clean. The entrance was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The rooms are very small when getting a single queen. Kind of surprised us. A little bit of work needed to be done on the door in the bathroom where the trim was popping off. The breakfast was not a hot breakfast and had a sad looking bagel and donuts. No juice offered but a fountain for soda. I was disappointed in the offerings. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located within I very central area. I overall loved the visit. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast simply because I would have liked something more hearty but other than that it was great
The staff was helpful, the location was great (easy on and off the freeway and surrounded by restaurants). The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. They had free milk on tap and fountain drinks accessible 24/7.
Conveniently located to I-59. Professional staff. Clean, comfortable room. Hot breakfast unfortunately is microwave the individually wrapped eggs which end up being soggy. The real downside was the noise. Our room on second floor above front entrance. Quite a bit if road noise. Then roomful of people on 3rd floor were running and jumping non-stop until we called front desk. And people passing through hallway talking we're audible in room. It was as if the building were made of cardboard. Not peaceful.
