What wonderful people running this little place. My Uncle lived here for a while and we were in town and came here because it was the last address we had on him. The staff there was super helpful and understanding in helping us find the forwarding address. It's not my first choice of a place to stay, but if it's what you can afford it's a good choice. Very clean, well kept.
I was in town for unfortunate circumstances, but Dru's Inn had a last minute opening. For the listed price I had low expectations, but it blew me away. Room was clean and had lots of tv channels (26 to be exact). Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. If I ever go back to Hattiesburg, I'm staying at Dru's.
Use the laundromat frequently. Very nice, and helpful, family owned and operated motel.
Whomever says it's good has never slept in a hotel before. Let's be honest it's a quick hookup spot for soldiers or drug spot. Not a family place and it's nasty. Deploying soldiers have a quick place for one last shot before they leave. That's what this place is and always will be for. It's very dated and it's very basic. I've state there before and anyone saying it's anything better than tolerable must work there or know the owners.
