Absolutely terrible!! Just finished a long day of watching the kiddos play baseball in Alabama and this was one the only hotel with availability. We got to our room and were greeted by a 3 inch cockroach on the wall. This made me question the cleanliness of this place. I decided to check the beds for bugs and lifted up the mattress to find a used condom wrapper. Needless to say I wasn't going to let my wife and 3 boys stay in such filth. When I explained everything to Tina at the front desk she asked, "Why would you look under the mattress?" SERIOUSLY??? Why is your hotel do discussing? I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
The young man that works the front desk overnights is exactly what you hope for in an employee. The epitome of Southern Hospitality!
Overall, I am not that picky about it being perfect. Small odd and end things need repair. Overall good experience.
