Lots of good gym equipment and very helpful employees.
Used this gym for a couple of days while in town. They have a nice variety of cardio machines. The weight machines are also nice but would like to see more bench press options. The upstairs area also has more cardio machines, abdominal apparatus and a great kettle bell workout station. Wasn't too crowded and plenty of space to stretch or other non weight routines upstairs. Everything looked new and clean, very friendly staff as well. Didn't see any separate rooms or studios for group classes though.

Easy gym to get a workout in. The price is very reasonable.
Convenient to where I live, great location, tons of equipment to work out on/with, and lots of good looking women of all races. Not saying they're single but hey, you can look at them!
