Excellent gym and a great staff. It's much larger than it appears from the outside. I chose this gym because of the layout. I'm not a fan of the gyms that look like a big warehouse with a bunch of equipment thrown in. Anatomies has 3 levels and different workout areas depending on the type of workout you want to do. The locker rooms each have a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this gym over any others in the area.
When I'm in town this is a fun gym to go to! Love the nightlife vibe inside and the staff is always happy. This gym is much bigger in the inside than what it appears to be. They have plenty of equipment and strength training stations I don't think one can get bored. Love the spa effect here too, you can jog on the treadmill while starting out to the lake then sit in the steam room or sauna for your cool down.
Very nice all around health club, friendly and attentive staff. Lots of classes for people who are into that type of workouts. Not the best place in town for pure weight lifting but the other amenities make up the difference.
