We have been taking classes from Meghan for almost a year now and I can't say enough good things about Avara yoga. She has a way of encouraging her students while helping them develop proper form to get the most out of their practice. She makes a conscious effort to engage each student individually, effectively making everyone feel like a part of the yoga community she has developed. She is uniquely gifted with a way to bring the best out of even the most novice yogi.

Avara is by far the best studio in town! Meghan is awesome! She is a highly educated and experienced yoga instructor and I've really enjoyed getting to know her and learn from her. I feel like her classes have really improved my balance, strength, and posture. I am so grateful to have found this little studio! Namaste :)
