A convenient location and 24-hour access (except holidays) with good equipment. It's kept fairly clean and the weights are usually properly stored. My major complaint with One80 is the absurd restrictions on which exercises may be performed. If this is a gym designed for "everyone in mind", wouldn't that also include folks who like doing one of the most basic exercises in weightlifting? I get it. You don't want some people to feel intimidated. However, these weird rules seem arbitrary and unfounded. Good thing it's only $10 a month.
Been here since it opened. Nice clean spot. They update their equipment often. You can't beat $10 a month and the maintenance fee of $40 in October..
Gym equipment is clean and modern. Staff , friendly and rates quite affordable. Like it quite a bit!
Clean, friendly staff, lots of equipment to choose from, only seen broken equipment 4 times, tops, then it was repaired. Personal Triainers are great too!
