very rude staff at drive thru . Would not waste your time going to the one on Broadway DR. You are paying for food it is not HANDED TO YOU FREE so treat the paying customer with a little respect PLEASE!
It was a ok place to eat. Chicken was was not fresh.
Bad customer service. Food was poorly prepared. Demanded a refund and had to include multiple reasons before a refund was allowed. Manager was rude and aloof. Sweet tea was dripping onto the counter from the dispenser. I put some napkins under it because it was gross. No one working there seemed to care. Manager's word to trainee right in front of me, "Now this was how you deal with people like this." future tip: don't say that within earshot of a dissatisfied customer. I will never come back. And no one in that restaurant working on Monday night February 27, 2017 cares. Currently sitting in Popeye's drive thru because I am just a man trying to eat some chicken with his wife. Good night.
