We waited 10 minutes for our server to show up at the table. Another 10 for drinks. The cheese fries were cold. Overall, not a pleasant experience. We spent an hour waiting. We won't be back at Hattiesburg #Chilis
Just went in this Chili restaurant to have late lunch alone. Taken to a booth where seat was torn, food spilled all over floor, total lack of care on part of waitress, asked for manager, same lack of concern on her part. This is my second visit here in 7 days. My prior visit was an observation of the male manager talking to a young female waitress in a very unprofessional manner.
The food was great. I didn't get what I ordered, but it was still delicious. It did take well over the 25 minutes, but it was still hot when I got home and neatly packed so everything stayed put.
I walked out with my girlfriend after watching a worker sit down on her phone while we stood at the door wondering if everyone died doing heroin in the back. There were two or three tables with customers at them so there are no excuses about the place being busy to be made. Went to O'Charleys instead.

Went to this restaurant 12/11/2017. Had a party of 7. Order took over 30 minutes. Received our orders one plate at a time 5 min wait for each still had to wait 5 mins for french frys. 3 in that party ordered fajita dinners. Most of that food was COLD!! My son complained to the manager and all he asked was can we get y’all some more rice. Uh so they could just microwave it to the point where nobody could eat it. I said no thanks!! Awful will not go back until they get better food or at least where you can’t tell you have microwaved food!!! Over priced food and need better staff!!
