Had my identity stolen and a vehicle was purchased here and financed in my name. Went there and talked to the manager and proved it was not me who purchased the vehicle ( police report and all ) Manager apologized profusely and assured me it would be taken care of and I would never have any problems. Fast forward 2 years later I go to buy a new truck and guess what I had a huge blip on my credit when it came time to get financed. He had never contacted Toyota Credit and they had never tried to contact me. Tried calling them the next day and that manager was no longer there and the new manager said that it was my problem not theirs. Guess the blame lies with me for trusting a car dealer to do what they say. But never trust anything they say cause they will tell you what you want to hear. And I did get a new truck it just cost me more money because of their lies.
I purchased a used Chevy Tahoe '07 and I can say this is the worst experience with car dealerships. The truck has been giving me problems from the 1st week. A light came on that said that the car had low oil pressure. The company replaced a sensor for that, I picked the truck up and the light came back on as soon as I was about to pull in my drive way. The truck now after having for few months is saying service stabilitrak, and the truck will only go about 30 miles per hour and it drives sluggish. The truck squeaks when it elevates over any bump, I assume that must be the shocks or something. I guess I thought since I was buying the truck from a dealership, it was a good buy. Well I am now paying car note and insurance on a lemon. I am terrified. The body looks great but looks are deceiving. The salesman David Bowen should be ashamed for selling me this piece of junk. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have waited and at least researched the car first. I wish they would let me trade it out for something with less maintenance. This is awful paying for something that has major engine issues. My daughter and I was on the highway and a log truck almost slammed in the back of us, but he veered off to keep from hitting us. The engine just completely died, when I started it back up I drove it to the back of my yard and left it. I have never had this to happen to me in all of my 37 years of life. I keep thinking about how I got to make car notes and insurance notes on this lemon! Ughh!!!

10:15 am appointment for an oil change, took almost 2 hours. One part on order for a warranty repair, no phone call yet to return for repairs. Expected much more from an established dealership in a brand new location.
Well I'm sure glad I didn't pay the extra money to extend the Toyota Care services. On a whim I decided to change my oil a little early myself this time. Come to find the oil Filter is falling apart(probably from not being changed the last oil change) , oil filter had a double o-ring on it(that's probably been on there for a good 10 fjojsand miles) and the oil was black as midnight only halfway through the oil life. Great to see Toyota technicians take such pride in their work.
