Parts department are spot on. Service was way overpriced and seemed to be confused.
We went there for a recall that they had sent us in the mail. We dropped the car off Saturday morning and they called at 7am Monday morning and said it was ready. We went to pick it up after work at 2:00 pm and they told us they hadn't gotten to it yet but it wouldn't take long. We sat in the waiting area about 30 minutes. When we started to leave the car wouldn't start(no one came out to see if we needed any help) anyway we knew our battery was old so a friend drove us to Auto Zone to get a new battery. We put the new battery in and it still wouldn't start. I went back in and asked the men in the front lobby if maybe someone could test the starter, or fuel pump or something like that to see if that was the problem, he said it would be $100.00. Really?! To do something that Auto Zone, O'Reillys, or Auto Advance does for free??? He said even if it was free all the techs were busy. (Even though I saw at least 3 of them taking a smoke break). We went back out to see what else we could think of when a man asked us if anyone worked here. We said according to the man in the lobby yes. He actually yelled out "Does anyone want to sell me a car today"? Nothing... Not one person came out to help him either. He said oh well, they just lost a sell. This is the most horrible place I have ever been to as far as customer service goes. Very rude, and extremely unprofessional. We ended up having to pull the car home after my husband came home. When we got back over there after hours, the same rude man was there, but asked my husband if he could help him in any way!!! I guess he has something against helping a woman. My husband told him no thanks, we've got this. Pitiful!!!
Service way over priced, very simple part exchange and code clear. Literaly unplugged and changed sensor. CHARGED 2.5 hours labor. Part was doubled online price. Lesson learned.
Bought 2016 Tahoe, in July, Got a good deal happy do far done as they promise, Service has been good so far no complaints. Thanks Dossett
