First the price i love,the speed they finished my car,the break room was super clean,the young lady that waited on me she was friendly and professional she explained everything before the job was done,i was in and out in no time.
We went shopping for a car and stopped by Petro. They were very helpful in the process. They knew their product well! The manager Randy came out and helped as well. He was very attentive and listened to our needs. We were really happy when we left there. Thats a good feeling!
Pretty dishonest business. Went and looked at a truck on a Monday and the salesman, AJ, told me his manager that could get the deal done later in the week. The manager called me later in the week and asked me to come in. This was after I had spoken to the salesman a couple of times throughout the week. When I went back, they increased the price of the truck and acted like they were doing me a favor by honoring the previous price. Very poor communication and refused to accept responsibility for a mistake. I'll never go back and you shouldn't either.
Great people to deal with. We didn't buy a vehicle, but only because we chose to return to another dealer we have dealt with for years. Only problem is that after you visit, you will be bombarded with emails and phone calls.
Went to look at new vehicle for my family..asked if I could trade my 2012 nissan frontier and the manger said no...and wanted a payment of 500 ...he came back with 587 and rudely said...you said you'd buy it if it was 500? Very very rude ...wouldn't take my trade ...and was snyde...never ever!!!
