Bought a 17 focus for my daughter. Smooth transaction and was in and out much faster than expected. Was introduced to service mgr. They have a great staff! Mr. Paul was extremely helpful. Now that's courtesy!!

I took my car in for warrantied transmission issues and a routine oil change. I had a pleasant exchange with the service personnel and was told that it may be a week before it was ready. It was 10 days before I received a call saying it was ready and this was after calling to check on my car twice. I feel 10 days to be a little excessive. They were not able to find any problems with the transmission. My rating of 3 stars is for a couple of reasons but mainly because I had more than a 1/4 tank of gas when I took my car in. When I drove off, my needle was in the red and I only had 22 miles till I was on empty. The other reason is minor, but I would think a major dealership would at least vacuum the inside of the car when changing the oil....not so. They might want to consider these things as a way of providing an exceptional customer service experience.
