Have tried multiple times to get the service department to install Android Auto to my 2016 Colorado. They have no idea what I am talking about, even after showing the notice I received to get this done. Also, scheduled service to be done and not all the services I scheduled and were agreed upon when my wife took my truck in were done. Called the service department and no offer to correct this was made. I will not be taking my business back to Ryan in any way due to the sorry state of the service department.
Friendly staff, good service. Mr. Robert was my salesman and worked with me and my husband to put us in a vehicle good for our growing family. The staff altogether are great, and will do what it takes to make sure you leave happy and satisfied.

Lowball trade offers from management. Would rather send a car off to auction than to make a deal and earn possible future business. Bad business ethics. That being said, the salesman trying to help me out was really nice, so added one more star for him. Dealership is a joke though. Offered me 2k less than my lowest trade offer on my vehicle, and 6k less on my highest offer. Needless to say I'm purchasing elsewhere. Won't waste my time here when we go to get my fiancés car traded in later next month. I definitely recommend shopping around.
