I order stuff online for in-store pickup.i called to check and this is no lie. For a straight 15 minutes I got hung up on,or they would not answer,and put the phone down or you just sit and listen to their whole conversation.while at no time no one assisted me.Never got on the phone. I'm not well to day, and I didn't want to drive there if my packages weren't ready.one guy talked about his darn vacation time off around the holidays, another going back and forth about if he's a good employee,but yet no one has picked up the phone. So no none of you are good/great employee if you are not working.i heard just playing around talking.it was like two young men and two women.This is crazy, please hire better employee who wants to work and care about the customers.
