I recently took my freightliner to Empire for repairs. I have never been treated any better than I was by Greg Henderson. He went overboard to get my truck in and out superfast and back on the road. Due to top notch service from Greg, Empire has another loyal customer!!
Good team! Mechanics did a very good job finding and fixing the problems. Service guys very friendly. They tried everything to help me fix my problems with a very tight budget Been all over the country in different Freightliner dealers, this is by far the best one. Came all the way from Atlanta with my problems and it was definitely worth it. Keep it up guys!
i purchased this used truck from mac in atlanta. i had a contaminated air system which caused a def problem that stopped the operation of my engine. empire hattiesburg gave me a quote to replace the contaminated air tanks and air system and replace the metering unit. i called mch for help and they said i had no warranty on this used vehicle that only ran 4 days. empire helped me to get back on the road by cleaning the def system and flushing air lines untill i can run appx 2 weeks to get a paycheck. i paid for 1 part only whick was appx 177.00-no labor was charged to me at thie time. i will return to hattiesburg to get the air tanks replaced and any further repairs i need. thank you so much for the help.
Had a problem with my DD15 detroit engine with harness sensor. Bought a new harness and it had been upgraded and so I would of had to get a new turbo and a lot of other small stuff. Called head Manger Bob over the region and he had them rebuild my harness since money was a problem. A sent angel from heaven. Them guys in Hattiesburg know their stuff. Two thumbs up to u good people over their. Thanks a lot Bob and Rick.
Just left Empire and could not have had a better experience! Greg Henderson’s customer service and mechanical expertise were top notch! We are driving from Texas to Florida in our motorhome when a brake line suddenly went out on us. After our 10th call around the area and almost backtracking to New Orleans Greg gave us hope and told us to come by. He was so courteous to myself, husband, and two children ensuring we were taken care of while he fixed our problem. Not only did he repair our brake line with a quickness, but he informed us of another non urgent problem as well as a recall on our RV. We are now back on the road, and headed to Disney! I highly recommend going to see Greg if you’re in the area you WILL NOT regret it!
