Very helpful staff. Ken and his wife are always friendly and willing to work with you on any problems you might be having with your pets, even if you didnt get them from Pet Palace. The staff are for the most part very knowledgeable. i highly recommend this shop over any petsmart or deathco employee thay couldnt care less.

I guess living in the south it becomes customary to reciece a hello, welcome to "insert business name here." But that was not the case at this establishment. Although the store was scarcely empty we were never greeted or acknowledged. I only went because it was close to my current location and my daughter suggested that we go to the pet store, but I'll drive to Petco today and in the future.
Bought a snake from them that was kept in poor poor conditions. Was hoping to get her home and let her live a nice healthy life. Not even three days later she passed from a serious RI infection that she had when I bought her...
I purchased animal and received the wrong gender and age I asked for. When I tried to return it and get my money back they refused to do anything, but take it back. I'm very displeased.
