It’s sad our Our company always do reservations for a vehicle and lately the last reservations they were not sure that they had cars available. I can understand is if I was just walk in but if we put in a request in a week ahead or more and we still don’t have an available car something is wrong at the leadership level. I never had this problem in the same city at another office.

They are pretty good just make sure you have all your paper work like 2 utility bills when paying for the rental before hand. Billie is the best she patient with you and tiara too.

The associates have always been friendly and helpful. We weren't using a credit card, but they provide ways to rent anyways. The cars have always been clean and well maintained. It has been a good experience both times we have rented from them. (Also, the deposit required for renting without a credit card have always been promptly returned.)

Excellent service. Greeted by name, paperwork was ready upon arrival, car was clean. Took only two minutes to rent the car as I had previously reserved using my membership card. Upon return, staff was again courteous and friendly. This Enterprise office Rocks!! Car was new and very comfortable to drive.
