Addresses on Hwy 49 in Hattiesburg are notoriously difficult to find and this address was no exception. After driving up and down 49 and attempting to call this place with no answer for hours, I finally had to call another Budget drop-off location and get them to give me directions.

So my experience with the local branch was not that bad really. But, my experience after has been horrible and for that reason I would tell people to avoid this company nationwide. My phone number was used on someone else's account and an Indian call center for Avis loss prevention keeps harassing me on my cell phone. I tell them over and over to stop calling me and they have the wrong number but they keep calling and tell me I have to straighten it out with the local branch. I have made several calls to local and national customer service who have no communication with the loss prevention call center and cannot tell them that my account is clear and to stop calling me. There is no way to fix this. I am stuck in a never-ending circle of phone calls and frustration. I filed a complaint with the do not call registry but of course they cannot help me either. The last Avis customer service rep says there is nothing they or I can do and no way to even complain about it to corporate.
When I finally found the place, an employee had the driveway/alley blocked with her car so I couldn't pull the truck to the back and there was no place to legally park in the front. When the employee finally saw me and moved her car and told me where to pull the truck, she was VERY rude.
Very pleasant experience! They really took care of me.
