Its a quiet place to live
Having only lived here for a month now I can only speak for the current manager, Dennis Parsons. So far I have no complaints. He has been very attentive and helpful. We bought a used mobile home in an "as is" condition and Dennis as went above board in providing help, materials and services. I have read where the other manager was not as helpful and as usual Dennis will be blamed for their actions albeit unfair. I have lived in one other mobile home park and owned several house's in good neighborhoods and even there you have some people who cause problems. I believe from what I have seen Dennis is trying hard within the law to "weed" out any problem people and make this an even better place to live. My oldest son has even purchased a home here and is satisfied with Dennis. I would recommend Bellecrest MHV to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet place to live.
