I would never use there service it is 345 at ups customer center in Hattiesburg Ms coming to pick up a package and I counted 10 people in the office laughing and joking seeing you out there. Then a supervisor walks out and I said all those people in there and nobody can atleast help it is 48 degrees out here. He said go to the side door they will help you go in there they look crazy at you when walk in the door. Told them I was here for a package they said it aint 4 yet. Very ignorant don't have to worry about me anymore. And I even have pictures to prove it
Rude and intolerant. They act like your presence is a stain on their day when picking up or inquiring about packages.
Horrible customer service. You could barely hear them and they did not even want to assist. I had to literally ask them to do their job. Very rude and corporate needs to come and see what's going down .
The girl working was very nice. She knew all of the answers to my questions, which was nice since I went there feom the post office and they were not much help. She was extremely helpful!
This is, of course, assuming they even answer the phone or come to the counter.
The customer service clerks were very nice to us today and even taped the package up for us. A simple smile goes a long way. We were very pleased.
