The Pike County Forester Mr. Palmer is the most smart alek and one of the most condescending people that I have ever had to have dealings with. Instead of speaking to a 16th leaseholder like the lease holder is paying high dollar money to lease the property, Mr. Palmer talks to the leaseholders like they are his employees and he is their boss. Having leased 16th section lands since 1984 I have dealt with many county foresters but Mr. Palmer is the first to act like he personally owns the 16th section land and that leaseholders are bothersome instead of generators of revenue.
