Hi. Let me start by saying this, I have had a very rough morning and yet I still tried to maintain my patience to the best of my ability. However, Jackie must be having an even worse day. Let me make something clear, if you call my phone you need to be prepared to speak very clear. I have a three year old and a three month old so its hard to hear as it is but if you are going to speak at a rate I can not decipher your words, DO NOT get frustrated when I ask you to repeat yourself. Speak more clear, its part of your job. Second of all, I appreciate you letting me know I possibly have a leak somewhere for my bill to be so high, but do not act like that affects you so. Whether I refuse to pay my bill or not, you will still be receiving your pay check, I have until next Monday, I'm aware. Ive been paying this bill for almost 3 years now. Third of all, do not call it a courtesy call if you do not intend to be courteous, and do not get agitated with me because of your neglect to speak properly. Now I am hoping that Jackie was just having a rough day and decided to take it out on someone who happened to be having a much worse day, and I hope this never happens again. However, today; for the first time ever, I was VERY displeased with the service of Lamar Park Water.
Miss Jackie the customer service rep is the rudest unkind person I've ever experienced trying to pay the water bill is never consistent with her behavior always rude can never give the correct payment amount when coming to pay can never call me by my name correctly when asked to correct her self would not do it just hold it unprofessional behavior everyone needs to know if Jackie is very unprofessional
