Place is trashy with napkins, straws wrappers.with displaced silverware . The tables were flithy and sticky floor. I'm thankful that I had sanitized wipes. The food is decent so I have no complaints but I do with the game section. 25% of the games were non-working and out dated and over priced. Get it together please...

Very disappointed! We were asked to pay $50 for reservation, we did. Well, we had to cancel because our child was sick on her party date. We called and they said, since we were a few minutes late on calling they wouldn't give us a refund, just store credit (which was ok, because we still planned on doing a party there) we called today to schedule a party and they had lost the gift card. She stated that "they had went through different employees and couldn't find it but SHE KNEW we hadn't picked it up or came in to use it but we could just pay the $50 deposit again " I'd rather not give y'all anymore money. Instead of just letting us schedule another and bypass the deposit, they lost it and didn't feel they were in the wrong. So I'm not happy with this place.
Played a few games won a major prize the game would not pay they called the general manager his response was they can wait for three hrs until I come in to check the machine very aggravating will not be coming back
My children and husband love this place. You can not beat the price. Laser tag is so fun as well as the bumper cars. We go often! The good is mediocre.
