Quick, friendly, tasty, clean. Always a good sign of a good franchise or chain restaurant. Firehouse Subs is a little pricier than most sub shops but it's worth it. Great portions.

This place smelled great when we went in and ordered our food..i had never had Firehouse Subs and heard it was really good. But when we got home with our food and sat down to eat,I had found a black facial hair in my sanwich..when I opened my sandwich I had found another hair and then one more. I was instantly grosses out and displeased. I'm sure the food is good at times,but my time around it was unpleasant.
I love Firehouse Subs, probably a bit too much. The staff is friendly and helpful, though sometimes a bit forgetful. The food is always amazing!
Very slow service. I would recommend the location on Hwy 98 instead.
