Love dealing with hometown folks who take care of my clothing like it was theirs and always let me know if there is a problem before a charge occurs. For example, I took a sequined dress in after my step-daughter's prom. They looked at it and recommended I not clean it because it had several runs and pulls in it and it would fall completely apart if it were handled much more.
They dont shop with their customers that are loyal customers. DONE! And will lose lots of others customers due to this! Word of mouth is powerful!
I also like the fact that they often have my clothes waiting for me at the counter before I come in because they saw me drive up.
