I have been going to Heritage for awhile with my comforter. It's a Vera Wang. I have two dogs who get hair everywhere and in the past, Heritage has done a great job of getting the hair out. However, today they told me they can't do the hair and to do it myself. Then they proceeded to charge me anyways, stating it was clean, but just covered in hair. They should have called me and not bothered. I took it there specifically because of the hair, and then still had to pay for it even though they "couldn't" do it. If you can't get out dog hair, what kind of cleaners are you? Especially since it wasn't a problem in the past?
The best in town. I love the fact that you can bring your clothes in before 9 o'clock Monday thru Friday and pick them up the same day anytime before 4.
