My first time visting was today. The people there were so polite they made me feel so comfortable and showed so much concern. I will defiantly be using them as a regular.
I've never had any problems from this facility. I've been going here since 2003 & I refuse to go anywhere else. I love Ms. Tracey but I miss Ms. Wanda sooooo much!

Took a liquid glucose test was stuck 7 times by two different techs and they still could not draw blood, so they did an in house test instead of the lab and it was 127 nearly two months later they said they needed another one, I declined. (I did not want to be stuck seven more times by the same techs again!) They also wanted me to do GBS test and I also declined. They became furious with me and refuse to service me and asked me why do I even bother to see them if I refused One! of their test which is irrevalant if I am going to have a C-section. The nurse also kicked me out told me to leave and never come back because I would not do my prenatel care the way they wanted it done; which was refusing one single test. If the child is not going to pass through my vaginal what is point in paying for a test that is obsolete to my care or my baby. It is my body my baby and I will determine which test will be administered for my prenatel care, it has nothing to do with the nurse or the techs. Respect my Rights as a Patient!! All they had to do is it get me to sign a consent form that I refused the test, they did not have to yell, argue and kick me out and refuse to see me and make a big scene and upset me by making an issue that I caused trouble to their clinic because I refused a test. This is not my first or second pregnancy nor am I a child under thirty years of age. Rhonda has absolutely no right to disrespect, belittle, and bash me as a patient when I am very well educated on the birthing process, perhaps more than she claims to be. I do not reccomend the clinic to no one. I also believe Rhonda, the LPN should change careers and relinquish her services at the clinic or any clinic for the matter. Yes, Fire her!
