The receptionist talked very loudly about a patient who just left. People in the waiting room cussing very loudly around my child. Receptionist over all a very very rude person.
This place is a fraud/sham. Stay away.
They denied to see me n I was going in for a checkup. They r horrible. I've been there before n they just collecting insurance
Dr. Amy, is excellent! I told her about the nurse and she apologized and told me to call the manager.
They refused help b/c they're "too busy" & had to be "done by 10."
She mumbles and doesn't take the time to put in the proper notes and medications you are taking into the computer.
I am a clinical MD/PhD. It is illegal to advertise hours to see patients then not see them during those hours. Paperwork gets done after clinic hours are done - it never trumps patient care.
The minor care clinic advertise hours of 10a to 10pm. We went in at 8:30pm re: toddler's earache. There were no other patients.
The care here is good.
She's amazing and very personable (southern hospitality!) For a urgent care clinic I give Dr. Amy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
