Very unfriendly and rude. Not helpful with any type of promotions or information about products. My advice is go to another AT&T store and give them your business. Not this one.
Somebody picked up the phone said “a” having a personal conversation and hung up tf
they scheduled to set up Internet. nobody showed up. I had to call, they said they couldn't make it for another week. had to "authenticate" my account with a pin that I never made and a security question that I never told them. took way too long. probably switching to comcast. one week later and they didn't show up for second appointment. done
