They don't have a very large inventory. Most of the salesmen are not very knowledgeable. I have purchased a few things that were broken right out of the box... looks like they were returns that were repackaged.
Black Friday 2017. 50" Toshiba 4k ultra for $179. I was the fourth person in line and only the second trying to get the TV. Sales person said I needed a voucher that was handed out to people first in line. None of us ever saw anyone handing out anything and we were telling him that. He said "oh well, they should have." ....then all of the sudden two people I didn't see anywhere near me in line showed up with vouchers. Fishy and I'll never wait in line for such dumb stuff again.
It was absolutely amazing we was hesitant about going in but we did and Nick helped us with our list and we asked questions about a product we already have and was so good at explaining things loved it and we love our best buy
I did have one salesperson that was very helpful. His name is Jericho. He was friendly and informative.
I have always enjoyed Best Buy, the Geek Squad is always so helpful. I took the laptop in for cleaning. You can get their 12 month plan that covers a lot of your computer needs.
