I think that the staff is great!! But the service sux!!! Its always crowed wenever i did go in!! The wait is worst then the health dept all for a shot!! Supposed to got another shot sceduled for 3 months waited over a hour jus for them to tell me that if i waited another 3 months my kid would only need 1 more shot sum they could hav told me on the phone or 3 months ago verses me driving over a hour for this visit! Not to mention the hell i got to get the appointment bc the calendar wasnt presented for them for 2017 cant drpend on them to call u to reschedule bc they didnt me at that time my kid shot was due in june and its july they are just now calling trying to schedule that appp but no worries he went sum where else!!! So not professional as a buisnesss and very unorganized and please dont try to get a referal anywhere bc it can gt worser
The staff is very friendly! I also like that they have a "sick baby" and "well baby" waiting room. This made me feel so much better about taking my newborn.
Left due to very rude pedestrian Dr Parvin. Will never take my son there again. He has a huge lack of professionalism.
My wife and I didn't know where to go, after having a newborn, and people recommended this clinic. We couldn't be more happy. Every appointment has been great. The staff is excellent. They're always very knowledgable, friendly, and uplifting. I also like the two separate areas of well patients and sick patients. We see Dr. Shook and he is a great doctor. He's very passionate, thorough, and understanding. He's great with our baby and challenges the status quo for conventional medicine to ensure the right care is provided. We look forward to going when we do have appointments and it's never a stressful or negative experience.
Dr. Parvin is very thorough and the best pediatrician we were blessed with for our girls.
