Service was very friendly and my cut was done pretty close to the picture I showed the stylist. But my daughter's cut was nothing like the picture she showed the same stylist!! She didn't complain at the time but once she tried to work with her hair after we left she realized how crooked and nothing like the long bob it was suspost to be!!! People it's a basic cut, it should not come out looking like a page boy, same length all the way around cut!!! She finest want her hair any shorter so it will take months to grow the length back out enough to try again to get the long bob she wants and has had before.
Very Poor Service at this location in Hattiesburg, MS. I will NOT be back !!!!!! When I went to the counter Nobody asked if I needed any help !!!! They are one of their employees sitting in a chair playing on her phone and the other was cutting a guys hair. I went to the Store Manger and told her what had happened and I got a Appointment for 2 PM. I wished I had went someone where else because she made a mess out of my hair. It's will take months now for my hair to grow back after she shaved it all off. I DID NOT tell her to cut all of my hair off in the back of my head and leave it long just at the top. Their Manager Carla thought it was funny!!! So if you want your hair be a HOT MESS then visit this JC Penny Salon in Hattiesburg Mississippi.
Staff there are super helpful, they will do everything in their power to make sure the customer is satisfied, specially the manager (Angie) :)
The truth is, a hair salon can be dangerous and anytime an employee or owner has been negligent, a client may have the right to sue. A lawsuit could cause you to close down your hair salon temporarily or permanently.

Terrible experience it wasn't late at all.And, A guy rushed to get my hair cut after my hair was uneven also when I got my hair dryed he hit me in the head multiple times with the hairdryer
