While traveling through Hattiesburg, Mississippi on Labor Day 2012, our Mini Cooper had a problem. The pressure warning light went on. Not usually a big deal, but we had at least 1100 miles to travel. I could not figure out what was wrong with the run flat tires. The staff (Tim & Mr. Bernard) was very helpful and generous with their time. I would reccommend this Sears Auto Center for their caring and experienced sales staff. They easily took care of my issue and sent me confidently on my way back home to Pennsylvania.

I call regions Sears Manager for help, hope that he will fix the alignment for me. But he says " he don't believe his worker do that." I says, " I can send him the picture." "The regions manager says that, he don't want see the picture." Hope this post will help other customers.

Got here at 3:55 on a Wednesday and was informed the technicians had left for the day. Empty garage. No wonder.

Have lifetime balance and rotation on my tires. After service, still had a vibration. After looking at the wheel weights, you can tell that they did not do the balance on the tires. They only did rotation and did not check the balance. Wasted trip and wasted Saturday morning.

I taking the picture of wheel alignment toes. "Passenger side wheel alignment nut untouched." " Driver side wheel alignment nut was SABOTAGE with shiny tool mark on the corner of the wheel alignment nut."

"Sears Manager call me second times 11:04 am that I need alignment." " I still says No." Pick up my car 2:45 Pm driving off. I know that My steering go to the left, not center any more and they also broke my wheel cap.

Sear Auto Care have SABOTAGE my car. I bring my toyota tundra 2012 to Sears Auto Center,1000 turtle creek dr. hattiesburg, Ms. 39402 location for oil change and tires rotation at 10:00 am. Sears Manager call me 10:46 am" that I need alignment" " I answer NO, I don't need alignment, because I just put on four new tires and they check all the alignment already." " I don't want alignment at all."

Come back to Sears want them to fix it. They says " they didn't do anything to it." I paid $96.83 for oil change and tires rotation.

DO NOT USE SEARS AUTO CENTER. On July 29, 2017, I took my Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner to Sears for a oil change. It was a very bad decision. I took it to sears because I grew up in a time when sears was reputable and still trusted them to do good work or at least what I asked of them without much hassle. I don't trust the small oil change places and I didn't want to spend two hours at the dealership, nor did I want to do it myself that day. (All play into this bad decision.) So, I went for an oil change, a quick oil change, an easy oil change... During the oil change, about 30 minutes into it, I was contacted about my air filter being dirty. An easy thing to replace, but I thought since they had the hood up, they could change it also. Another bad decision. The total time I waited for these two things to be completed was two hours. I said nothing, paid when the work was done and went on my way.-------- A couple of days after the oil and air filter change I notice a very slight hesitation in the engine, like it was being choked. The tachometer would drop ever so slightly when the engine hesitated. One would have to be looking at it to notice and focused on the feeling of the engine because it was very subtle. Like wind hitting the front of the truck. When I got home I decided to check the air filter... The air filter was the wrong size. It left about a two inch gap from the filter to the top of the intake. WOW! I thought, how incompetent. My neighbor volunteered to take me to an auto parts store to replace it. There was only one size for a 2003 v6 pre-runner. huh... That evening I sent an email to sears complaining about it. Since I don't get home from work until after the auto center closes, I had to wait until the following Saturday to return the wrong air filter. On Saturday I went back to sears and showed them what had been placed in the intake box. They refunded the cost of the air filter and gave me a $50 gift card. But, I was finished with sears. I would not go back to the auto center in Hattiesburg for anything. A few days later when I attempted to use the gift card, the sears website showed that it was not a valid card. That is really inconsequential to this story however, just bad icing or a bad cake. The wrong air filter isn't the worst part of this story. TODAY when I moved my truck for its normal resting place, I noticed a POOL OF OIL. I thought to myself, no way they messed up the oil change too... I was wrong. I checked the dipstick, it was dry. THE DIPSTICK WAS DRY. I pulled the truck up near the garage and crawled underneath. There was oil dripping from the oil filter. I don't mean it was moist around the filter with oil, OIL WAS DRIPPING FROM THE OIL FILTER. I crawled out from under the truck to check the dipstick again... just to make sure I was seeing things. THE DIPSTICK WAS DRY AND OIL WAS DRIPPING FROM THE OIL FILTER. I immediately came inside and called sears and after telling my story to 2 different people and being transferred 3 times while waiting about an hour to actually talk to someone who could file the complaint, I told my story. THEN I went back outside, I grabbed my oil filter head and socket wrench to tighten the oil filter. It took awhile to bend my arms around the frame, but I succeeded in tightening the filter. I then begin to add oil to the engine. I added almost 3.5 quarts. My engine holds 5.5 quarts with the filter. ------- I try to look at this reasonably, but there is no reason. (this was also posted to their facebook and removed) (And I don't write this to show my aggravation, I write it so you don't make the same bad decisions I did)
