We called from the Longleaf Trace with a mechanical issue. They said Come right over and Jed dropped what he was doing and helped us. We were done in fifteen minutes and on our way with a new set of pedals. Wonderful people.
FINALLY! A REAL bike shop in Hattiesburg! Jed does great work! (Including the best bar wrap I've ever seen) you name it they do it. On my last visit Jed even helped me shed some grams off my Cannondale by cutting my carbon seatpost. Their prices are very reasonable but the best thing is you can tell Jed has an attention to detail when it comes to his work. They have a great selection of bikes and gear! No more same old same old trek and giant fodder! Jed and Debbie are friendly and you can tell actually know what they are doing! Having a wrench that you can talk to is also a very underrated thing, and these guys also do group rides from the shop on Saturday's. To top it off they offer fitting and coaching services as well. By far the best shop I've been to in the state and I will trust my bike to these guys!
Love these guys, very very helpful, very very good at what they do. When I get better I look forward to having Jed coach me to become the fastest, most efficient cyclist I can be :)
