The food really is that good. It can be, but the cooks r inexperienced. They probably just need more supervision and better training.
I don't know if they've had a change some of their recipes or what but Logans was the only steak house we would go to, but their steaks aren't what they used to be, they're just not that good anymore. It's been a few months since we've been so I'm sure we'll go back, but like I said it's not as good as it used to be.
Good food good service, hated the peanut shells all over our table. Other then that, great experience.
The food is not consist. Day shift food isn't as good as night shift food. Service is slow and poor except for Jasmine. She works days and is very attentive to the customers needs. She always seems to be in good spirits with a bright smile and u'll be in a better mood leaving than when u walked in.
Waitress needed everything repeated 3 times before understanding. She needed to be reminded to bring drinks to table and had no idea what anything on the menu meant. The lobster that came with my ribeye was burnt and stank of rotten seafood. black ash scattered all over the plate. We specifically told them we wanted our sweet potato with just butter and cinnamon and was assured that's how they came normally anyway. When we received them they had marshmallow all over them and was overdone to the point of being mushy baby food. Will not return. The only saving grace was the manager that was working gave us a very generous military discount for our service (we calculated it at 30%). Update: I became violently ill that night and next day from what I can only assume was the lobster which smelled bad (maybe they burnt it to mask the smell?/kill the bacteria?)
Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The good was very good. The establishment was a bit too loud during the day for a lunch meal.
