We're not gentle with our cats. Some of the staff were friendly and compassionate. The vets were the worst part of the visit. Do NOT leave your pet over night, they do not have staff present at night and most of the weekend.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for better vets. My mom visited from Germany and ended up adopting a dog from the shelter here in MS. The clinic staff did everything they could to get needed paperwork done, in a timely manner.
The staff members seem sweet, but each worker provided me with different information. For boarding, they charge by day, not by night. Be careful! I had to pay for two days when my pup stayed there less than 24 hours.
Also, my dog was very timid when I picked him up and for the next two days.
The doctors and assistants are great! But the desk staff is not very friendly. They tend to ignore the customers a lot.
I've boarded my dog here before, and I've previously had problems with varying, incorrect information. My dog's regular vet is with Animal Medical Center, but I decided to board here because I heard good things and the price was cheaper. This was by far the worst experience I've had with boarding. I will never come back here. My dog has had an awful upset stomach and demeanor for an entire week since I picked him up, and he's a healthy dog. He's up-to-date on all vaccinations, and he gets monthly check-ups. I don't know what goes on here, but for my puppy to be so down and in bad health, I know something isn't right.
