Very nice people in a super convenient location with a great price but half the time when I stopped by to pay my bill, nobody was there. I was given the wrong gate code twice, the main lock wasn’t taken off of my unit so I could put my things in it. When I was closing out my account at the end of my rental, I tried twice to drop off my keys at the office, no one was ever there. I called and was told to just drop everything in the drop box with my address on a piece of paper to get my deposit back. A week later I was receiving late notices so I stopped by and was told that my account just hadn’t been closed out yet. A month later I was trying to find out about my deposit and after a few days, I was able to get someone on the phone and was told that my deposit would be mailed to me at the end of November; that was over a month ago and I still haven’t received it 3 weeks into December. I turned in my keys the end of September.
