Good sales today. The guy who I asked for helped was helpful but the girl working the cashier hated her job and was sort of rude to me and the other customers. Also, I got charged $26 more than I was supposed to and if I didn't say anything and come back to the store 20 seconds later after looking at my receipt, they would have got away with it. She also looked pissed because I said that they charged me extra like it was a hassle for her. Terrible customer service in my opinion. I've worked at a sporting good store before and I would have been fired if I did that or acted like that.
Went in found what I was looking for reasonbly priced the sale associate was very nice.
Workers are always helpful and theu have price matching so price is as good as anyone else
Selection is good and bad. Small but nice selection of saltwater tackle, hunting section is good. Golf section is horrible. Golf balls and gloves are the only thing worth buying. Pass the golf clubs, not worth a look.
The price listed online was much cheaper than in store. However, i showed my phone to the cashier and she quickly changed the price. Thanks for the great service!
Staff is nice but manager is not. When a $5 item in a $135 purchase was not put in my bag and I returned 2 days later the manager refused to give me the item. After a 10 minute ordeal where he threatened to make me wait as he reviewed the security footage he proudly said he would buy it and give it to me. He eventually did the right thing but was a real jerk in doing it.
