Worst worst worst property management ever!!!!!!!!! I am shocked at the rudeness of staff and lack of care for their clients!!!!! I could go on about all they did me wrong but I won't because I'm taking them to court instead! Never answer calls and rarely respond emails! Beware!!!!!!!!!!
It’s currently winter and our hot water and cold water aren’t working because they don’t know what insulation is. The heater that’s in this old house is supposedly brand new yet it has trouble getting the house above 55 degrees. On top of all that they’re trying to make us pay up to 200 dollars for any repairs despite the fact that these were issues with the house before we ever moved here. Not to mention they don’t answer the phone half the time when we try to call. Very unhappy with how the owner is managing this house.
