I called back at 650pm and spoke to Larry Johnson and asked him if anyone was still picking up packages at 7, since our package was scheduled for pick up today. He told me they don't pick up at 7. I tried explaining to him who I spoke with earlier, and he was extremely rude stating he was the only man there all day. I then told him I spoke to a woman earlier about the pick up time, that it wasn't him, but he continued getting loud on the phone and very rude. I did get upset and told him he needed to find another source of work, customer service was not his specialty.

Very bad customer service from Larry Johnson. I had several packages that were sent out and had 3 boxes scheduled to be picked up. When my staff member took our boxes to the post office, there was an error on the tracking. Larry called me and stated they could bring the boxes back to me when they picked up my boxes that were scheduled. I told him I would reprint the labels. I called the post office and spoke to a very nice young lady at 514pm. She could not answer my question, so she got the manager on the phone. I then asked when the last pick up of the day would be, she told me it was at 6pm.
Upon leaving my shop at 700pm, Larry Johnson pulls up in front of my store and jumps out of his truck being very rude. I do not know what he thought he would prove by doing this, but this kind of behavior was uncalled for. I do not understand how he thought he could speak to me in the manner he did and think he can get away with his behavior. A grown man speaking to a woman in a dark parking lot the way he did. There are repercussions for his actions.
So much easier than the post office. It's very friendly and helpful. Beats driving all the way into the next county just to mail a package! Great location in Oak Groove.
