I had called a couple other storage facilities in addition to Community but, after talking to Miss Toni on the phone, I knew this was the place where I wanted to rent. While I love the location and think the facility is very nice, it's the customer service that I love the most! I always leave the office with a smile on my face. I have recommended Community Self Storage to friends and will continue to do so. It is now under new management with Haley McCray and she is really doing a great job, always helpful and nice...so thanks Haley!!!

Location is convenient with quick interstate access. However, all the lower buildings have the potential of getting water in them during heavy rains. The drive to the lower buildings where a giant mud hole, not puddle, is supposedly going to be fixed soon. Friendly staff and excellent prices on the range of unit sizes.
The most friendly staff in Hattiesburg. Gina was an absolute gem! She made the process simple, pleasant and effortless. Prices are affordable and options are plenty. Location is convenient and the amenities are perfect for my needs. Secure location and 24/7 gate access is exactly what I was hoping to receive and they delivered. Highly recommend!
