Absolutely Horrible. Rice old Noodles hard ( nothing was fresh) except my 5 flavor shrimp and that's only because I ordered it because none was out. Vegetable egg rolls. Old. I don't drink sodas and the drink station was out of lemonade, raspberry tea and fruit punch. I was in town visiting from Los Angeles and wanted to stop by because the service is always great in LA! We live close so we go often. More than half the time our order is wrong (like fried instead of white rice, forget the sauce, etc). It's a little frustrating but we usually just deal and come back. Tonight we went through the drive through and ordered simple bowls, and they asked us to pull around and wait 2-3 minutes for them to make some more teriyaki sauce. Fine, no problem. We wait about 10 minutes and when they finally bring the food to our car, NO SAUCE. We waited all that time just for them to not give us what we waited for. Again no big deal if it's once in a while. Stuff happens. But it's almost every time we go now. And the service is never quick. It should just be called panda. The express is a lie. Will not be going back in the foreseeable future.
At first this place was great. Then they took 2 hours to bring me my order and when I called to see what was wrong, they kept lying to me. Then they called acting like they didn't know where I lived when they'd been to my house at least 10 times before and kept my address on file. Then when he came to the door, he said it was my fault and I gave them the wrong address. I took the food only because I paid with credit card already and they refused to give me a refund. That will be my LAST order from them, ever. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had just apologized. The bottom line is the food is pretty good, but the customer service is ZERO. If I could give negative stars, I would. They're very rude to customers and I do not recommend you spend your money here at all. Pick a better restaurant!
When this place first opened, it's food was great and the customer service was awesome. Now every time I go there they are almost always out of something and the service is slow. Anyone who goes there will get an okay experience but I miss the experience I had during my first few visits when it first opened.
The manager of this store is so friendly and went out of his way to help with getting my large order put together correctly. His attitude will definitely have us returning here to eat! Thank you Calab
